Day thirty-four: Will you continue with the same exercise routine once you reach your ultimate goal weight?
I’m not in a set routine right now (as in going at a certain time every day) but I generally do the same thing when I go to gym. I’m thinking about changing that when I go there today, try and do more cardio and use different machines so my body doesn’t get in a rut and get used to the work out and not get better and fitter.
