I have no secret, sorry ! My main tips are find an exercise to do that you actually enjoy and what to do, try not to snack too much but if you’re tempted eat fruit and yummy healthy foods :) find things that motivate you and surround yourself with them and then just do your research ! Find recipes, learn about food, how to do certain exercises, all that kind of stuff :)
