Hm well I think it’s mainly because I’m always so busy ! I have two jobs which are both really physical and I’m at for long hours on my feet but when I’m not working I know I can get lazy and just sit around at home and not be very active.. So I try work as much as possible and if I’m not working I go to gym :) I also avoid certain foods that are high in calories but aren’t nutritious or filling like soft drink and lollies and chocolate and white foods like pasta or bread because there are healthier options like wholemeal pasta or rye bread (but I’m trying to cut out bread and stick to wraps). Portion control is also SO important ! I’ve reached a point where I can only eat small meals because my stomach is just used to eating smaller amounts which helps me not over eat but if you know you’re bad at having small meals I really suggest using smaller plates, bowls, spoons, forks, or anything that makes you eat smaller amounts and eat slower :)
