What I eat:
I’m a vegetarian (so no meat or fish) to start with so mainly fruit and vegetables but I still eat things like pasta and trying to cut out bread just because I used to eat so much of it (like 4 pieces every day) and it wasn’t healthy. I don’t eat things like lollies or chocolate, anything deep fried, soft drink or just things that aren’t good for you like biscuits or donuts or anything like that. Plus I hardly ever drink alcohol.
I try to go to gym 4 times a week but I work two jobs and they’re both pretty physical so if I’m working at both jobs in one day I usually skip gym that day.
My best advice would be don’t try to cut your calories down to some stupidly small number, you won’t last and will just put all the weight back on that you lost from starving yourself. Just try have smaller portion sizes and try cut down or out things like fatty dressings on salad, using butter or having too many unhealthy snacks :)
