I always start with cardio, usually between 15-30 minutes, and then weight training targeting different areas. So today I did a 20 minute run, 60 squats with weights, 150 sit ups with weights, push ups then using the different machines at the gym for my arms.
I also reckon it’s really helpful if you get apps for your phone. I have Fitness Buddy, BodyFitness, Fitness Pro and MyFitnessPal :)
