So lately I’ve been totally slacking off coz I’ve just started uni again and am constantly tired after working and being there 4 days a week. I’ve decided I can’t keep making excuses not to work out so this morning I woke up an hour earlier just to work out :)
My diet has become a little slack too so I’m trying to get organised with my life so I’m stress free and getting fit again !
I’ll keep checking in with you guys and I’ll talk to you soon xx
Day forty-six: Do you have a favourite motivational quote?
You don’t know what you’re capable of until you push yourself further than you think you can go.
Day forty-seven: Have you ever come close to giving up? What made you change your mind?
I’ve had slumps in motivation but I’ve never given up. I know I’d be so disappointed in myself if I gave up so I just had a break for a bit then picked myself up and went at it harder than I ever had before :)
Day forty-eight: Did you start losing weight before making your blog?
A little but nothing noticeable.
Day forty-nine: What’s the stupidest thing you’ve done in an attempt to lose weight?
Just stopped eating which was so stupid because you always have to start again !
Week Eight!
Weekly challenge: Treat yourself. You’ve come so far already! Even if you haven’t lost any weight, you deserve to treat yourself for not giving up. Paint your nails, go shopping, go to a movie, get your hair done, anything that makes you feel good about yourself!
Day fifty: What’s the most calories you’ve consumed in one day? Why?
I honestly wouldn’t know. I’m not the kind of person to binge eat so I doubt it would be anything over 2000 calories.
Day fifty-one: What’s the least calories you’ve consumed in one day? Why?
Probably 100.. This was when me and my boyfriend broke up and I was so sad that I didn’t want to leave my room. One day all I had was a glass or two of diet cranberry juice and some fruit.
Day fifty-three: What’s something you’ve done to make yourself proud?
Right now I’m so proud of myself because I’ve worked out every day for about a week and I’m noticing the changes already ! My tummy is getting really toned and I’m feeling stronger and fitter !
Day fifty-four: Can you see any noticeable changes in your body?
Yes :) my body shape is starting to change a little, I’m getting a smaller waist and my legs are toning up as well as my arms :)
Day fifty-five: Do you believe this is a lifestyle change, and you will be able to continue with a healthy, active lifestyle for the rest of your life?
Yes ! I’m making sure I stick to it :)
Day fifty-six: What have you enjoyed most about your weight loss journey?
Doing something I didn’t think I was capable of. I never thought I’d be able to get fit or be one of the people that is always at gym but I’m becoming the person I’ve always wanted to be :)

Day thirty-seven: What do you wear when you go swimming/to the beach?
A bikini :)
Day thirty-eight: What do you generally order if you have to eat out at a restaurant?
There are usually only one or two vegetarian options at any restaurant so just whatever is healthy and available usually!
Day thirty-nine: What has been the hardest thing you’ve had to give up?
Bread ! There has been a couple of occasions where I’ve given in and had a sandwich when I’m in a rush but I feel so much healthier when I don’t and feel so proud of myself :)
Day forty: Have you gained weight at any point of your journey? How did this effect you?
My weight has fluctuated between 47kg and 49kg but I think this is totally normal. I’m proud that I’ve been able to keep it relatively stable but little things will make me put on on or lose weight really easily. Like if I have a small dinner one night, I can weigh a kilo less the next morning, things like that.
Day forty-one: Do you drink tea or coffee?
Nope !
Day forty-two: What is the meaning of life? Just kidding. If you feel happy with the way your body looks before you reach your ultimate goal weight, will you continue to try and lose weight, or will you aim to maintain?
I’m just trying to maintain my weight right now, which is usually around 48kg. I’d be super happy if I could maintain being 47kg but when I was at that weight only a week or two ago I wasn’t eating properly and had no energy so I’m happy to be a bit above my goal weight and how I look right now :)
Week Seven!
Weekly challenge: Aim to have a completely “clean food” week, avoid all processed food!
Day forty-three: Apart from weight loss, have you noticed any other benefits from your healthy diet?
I just feel happy :) it probably sounds strange but I feel so accomplished when I eat really healthy !
Day forty-four: Do you drink green tea? (If you don’t you should. Seriously.)
I’ve tried it but don’t really like the taste..
Day forty-five: Who is your main inspiration to lose weight? Not a celebrity, someone from real life.
I don’t have one single person that inspires me. I’m motivated to lose weight by certain peoples certain body parts. Like if one of my friends has really good legs and the other has amazing arms, that will be my inspiration :)
Week Six!
Weekly challenge: Focus on one area of your body (eg. Arms/abs) and work hard on it every day of the week, I bet you’ll see a difference after 7 days!
I’m going to make sure I have a six-pack by the end of the week !
Day thirty-six: What’s one item of clothing you’d like to wear after losing weight?
A really hot pair of skinny jeans :)

I just realised that I don’t even care if my weight on the scales goes up and down anymore :) I care about how I feel and how I look. Weight is just a number !

Day twenty-five: Do you ever eat fast food?
Very very very rarely these days. There is hardly anything I can eat anyway seeing as I’m vegetarian so I usually just don’t bother. I just don’t think it’s worth it - eating something so bad (like hot chips) that doesn’t even taste nice or leaving you feel good and it takes forever to work off at the gym so I’d rather opt to go home and make something myself !

Day twenty-three: Do you feel that your weight holds you back socially?
Yes. All the time. If I don’t feel good about myself or how I look, then I tend to keep to myself when I’m with other people or get quiet. If I feel good and look good, I have more confidence and want to go out and have fun. I hate this about me but I can’t help it. I’m trying to get fit and healthy and lose weight so that I want to go out and be around people all the time and not be self conscious. I’m doing all this for myself.
Week Four!
Weekly challenge: Switch up your diet. Try one fruit and one vegetable you’ve never tried before, and learn how to cook a new healthy meal.
I’m going to try and make a different meal from a different country every day or couple of days :) I’ll post you what I make !
Day twenty-two: Are you generally smaller or larger than your friends?
Yes, I am the smallest person out of all my friends :) height and weight wise. It gets annoying sometimes thought because I can’t borrow or share clothes but I like being smaller.
